Transparancy

How can we assure transparency?

Two basic assumptions serve as the basis for our evaluation approach.

The first is that evaluation is an element in processes of individual and organisational professional learning.

The second is that it will clarify interest positions and serve as a basis for negotiation among all parties involved.

It serves both learning and democracy. For both these purposes the process of self evaluation should be as transparent as possible.
